The apartment at all

room layout coloring is very good

No towels were given to take a shower. The air conditioning remote control was not in place, I spent the night in the cold, it would have been better to sleep at the outer door.

New furniture made for a pleasant stay. Location is excellent.

2 things: 1. Towels not provided. Still can't wrap my head around it... 2. False advertising about AC conditioning - you are only informed that it costs extra after booking the appartment.

Apprartament is well located in the center . The owner were able to provide the key as we were before the reservation were indicated that was very kind.

The disadvantage was additional charges for parking and air condition, if you don't read the reservation deeply you would be suprise to pay extra, however it is notice for extra charges, but in standard services it is not demand . The appartment apart of air condtion is deeply uncofortable during summer time , when consider 30 degree in appartment is 50 , therefore is better to pay tricki 5 euros for air condtion otherwise you won'y be able to sleep at all.. Moreover to track appartment is not easy, for my self necessary was to call the owner that i highly appreciated..

The apartment is nice, good location in the center, close to shops, main square, tram station and shopping center. There is a parking lot in the yard.

They don't provide towels and I had to bring my own. The parking lot in the yard does not have a ramp, we paid for it, but everyone can park there.

Everything was great! Room, location, facility equipment, silence of the property. Highly recommended for families.

There was no towel. You have to have your own towel. Besides, the owners attitude was pretty rude once we wanted to check out late. I booked here on behalf of my brother who has 2 kids aged 1 and 8 years old and is coming from Turkey for vacation. I was the contact person for the owner. I was traveling all over the world, single or with friends and I never saw any place where you have to pay extra because you want to check out a few hours late because the owner is not understanding person. As he has a family with 2 small kids, she gave us only 1.3 hr time (not even till 12pm-noon) even though I asked gently more time by explaining their current situation.And her attitude, if it will be more, she has to charge 20 more eur. And she said that it is the rule of booking. I checked the booking rules to be aware and there is no extra charge for check out rather than check in. (But she had written only extra fee for late check-in) Beside this unexpected -non-understanding owner, everything was perfect for them.

The apartment was very clean and the owner was very helpful and nice She provided us with some fruits , water as welcome package which was nice gesture The location was perfect, in the heart of the city

The AC wasn’t free of charge even tho it wasn’t expensive but i think it should have been mentioned before booking That using the AC is not free
