Pura Vida Iblea

Ragusa, and Pura Vida Iblea, was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. Ragusa is wonderful and historic - and I suggest that you definitely should stay in Ragusa Iblea not Ragusa Superior. For fans of Inspector Montalbano, its the place to base yourself! Parking was unbelievably easy for such a historic town. We loved every second of our 3 nights in town, and every night ate in one of the restraunts which has been recommended by the hosts. The food in town was brilliant.

Location ideal to explore this gem of Val di Noto as well as Modica, Scicli, Ispica etc. Frank and Alessio were very helpful with free parking and also with the luggages...Great for those exploring a town by walk. Great cafe's with Sicilian breakfast, restaurants with prices matching value and most importantly the famous and indeed capturing "barocco di Sicilia" represented by the cathedrals, curches, palazzos and town buildings. Safe, calm and lively.

The apartmen is cute, comfortable and well located. The walls are thick, so the temperature is prefectly cold in the summer, however there's an air conditioner as well. Frank is really kind, he helped us with the parking and gave us suggestions for programs as well. Highly recommended by us.

Traditional cottage in peaceful location. It even had the old well arrangement- though safely covered. Owners very helpful. Best stay in 6 on tour of sicily

Having to leave.

La stanza è molto carina e curata. Al piano superiore c è anche un piccolo cucinotto. La casa si trova proprio nel centro di ragusa ibla a due passi dal duomo. Il parcheggio non è sotto casa ma molto vicino. Frank è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato coi bagagli, visto che la struttura si trova appena sopra.

È una casa antica costruita con pietra perciò risulta un po umida ma fresca
