UACentral part of the town, groceries/cafes are nearby. Free parking lot under video surveillance. Promptly helped to solve the problem with kitchen tap leakage. Decent cellular signal during blackouts (even in basement). Bomb shelter included (although closed during air raid alerts).
the absence of room cleaning service. For 2 weeks of living it gets a bit dirty inside and there is no rag for washing the floor (I was ready to wash it on my own). Furniture/cookware is a bit thorn, some noise from the neighbors in the toilet (at least on the first floor, not sure about the rest ones).
