Уютно, чисто, комфортно. Есть все необходимое. Утюг, фен, кухонные пренадлежности, стиральная машина, и т.д. Все условия для удобного проживания. Лифт. Расположение- рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны. Не шумно

Иногда перепад напора воды, но не критично
