Property looked just like the pictures. Shared space was great to socialise and settle before heading out round Blackpool. Close to the centre and ideal parking nearby (used the multi-storey round the corner). Jacuzzi bath was impressive and loved the decor.

Information needed to be clearer on the email about bedding for the sofa beds (email said under yellow sofa but they're grey and we're actually in the cupboard beside the fridge freezer). Natural wood flooring in the living room had some holes which could get heels stuck if not careful.

The floor boards in the living room felt unsafe with large holes in them . Upstairs flat was partying until 5am the second night we stayed at the apartment not ideal. Beds are mega uncomfortable like a brick.

The location was perfect. Such a beautiful apartment!

Decor and quirky features

Homeless people sleeping in the main doorway all night. It wasn’t as clean as I’d expected it to be, the carpets in general were heavily stained, and looked grubby and the kitchen wasn’t clean. The nightly fee was high, but the deposit required £300 per night is a joke and we only got £127 of the £300 back as there was two flats in the block, one the code provided did not work for, the other the door was open so we used that flat only to be told we used the wrong flat the day after and we were charged £40 additional cleaning fee and £130 additional room cost which I tried to discuss with Sasco and despite them having CCTV confirming what I said about the codes and the fact we had 5 kids with us late at night the charges still stood. Would never use Sasco again, complete rip off

The location is great, the property is quite big. Beds were comforable, toilets were clean. The host answered quickly when we contacted them about the problems ocured.

1. The cleaness. The floor was sticky, I was cleaning and washing the floor by myself and the water was really dirty. 2. We had no heat. The boiler did not work and my husband had to fix it by himself. The host was just guiding me what to do and that was it. Otherwise we’d just get cold🥶 3. They charge a big price for cleaning and reserve 300gbp deposit for any damage. The cleaness was very poor. I found a dirty glass under a sofa and an old web ia a corner of the living room. 4. When I texted about all these dirty items to the host, they just ignored me! This is absolutelly unacceptable.

Perfect location and place for large groups - great communication pre stay and swift return of security deposit.
