The room was excellent, very comfy bed, looked like the room had just been refurbished, beautiful ensuite. The only negative we have is the noise from the beer garden below, we understand its a pub so knew there would be lots of noise but we couldn't even hear the TV when we turned it on.

We like staying at the Park View. It is very convenient. It does need a few minor cosmetic repairs, but really these are a small issue
