The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The shuttle also got us to the airport on time.

They didn’t clean our room. There was weird stains on the bed, trash still in the trash can, and the bed clearly looked like somebody laid on it.

I didn't like that the housekeeper could not read English or speak it. Do not disturb tag handing on the door and she knocked at the door three times.
