Needs a rehab

The property nice on the outside.

Bathroom toilet make loud noise when flush Refrigerator didn’t work lost my medicine food and we asked to fix and medicine got ruined And sandwich and we had to leave and go back home and my birthday vacation got ruined because had to canceled the other rooms at the hard rock casino because had to drive home for medicine.

Location was excellent with many near by attractions. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful lake front. Great location to walk and visit some very large and famous outlets.

During breakfast boiled eggs and susauge were served for our entire stay. I will try to explain this experience in the most professional manner as possible. But do not underestimate the gravety at which this experience could have easly went "SOUTH" for everyone present. Customer service rep(s) at the front desk had a personal confrontational "THREATENING" conversation "over the phone" with someone from outside the hotel while at the work place. They should try to resolve their issues outside of the work place. Management and Supervisors needs to be aware of the activities by their staff that takes place at all times. When staff members are being threatened while at work from someone on the outside (away from the work place) in a confratational manner, over the phone, then everyone present can be at risk if the situation changes for the worse.

Set in a pretty location

Lobby was less than clean. Entire property desperately needs updating and thorough cleaning.

Cleanliness of the room.

The keys did not work on doors close to the exit at the back for quick exit/entry close to parking location.

The place was under staffed, and not well maintained, but it was clean and a good value for a layover for a cruise

Elevator was extremely slow, broken door handles.
