Subject: Formal Complaint + Refund Request – Rooms 306 & 311 To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay. I was assigned Room 306, which was infested with roaches. I immediately reported this and was moved to Room 311. Unfortunately, the same issue was present there as well. When I tried to speak with a manager, none was on property and I was left dealing with junior staff who could not resolve the issue. When a manager finally came on site, I was made to wait because she was in a meeting. The lack of urgency and the rude treatment I received from the manager left me both frustrated and physically ill from the stress and discomfort. This experience fell far below the standard I expect. I am requesting a full refund for the 2 nights, or suitable compensation for the inconvenience. Due to how I was treated, I will not be recommending or staying at any of your properties again. I expect a prompt response regarding how you intend to resolve this matter. Sincerely,
