"A bad experience."

Although I prepaid for two rooms, hotel was closed due to winter storm, so we couldn’t stay there. Despite repeated attempts to receive a refund for non-stay, they’ve refused to do so. For that reason, I have to give the lowest score. Booking.com did nothing to help either.
