was clean and in a good location, near to all the trams and restaurants. Lovely decor and had sky on the TV. Also had a loud speaker. The hot tub was great

said there would be a hairdryer but spent the whole stay trying to find it and it was nowhere to be seen. Also not enough toilet rolls. Beds were not comfy either. There was already broken stuff on arrival so had to email to make sure we didn’t get the blame

The location was great for what we had plans for.

Before arriving I was sent an endless list of rules regarding the stay and what would mean I would and would not get my £500 deposit back. Upon arriving I checked the accommodation for damages due to the strict rules regarding this to find an awful lot of the accommodation being damaged/broken on arrival. I emailed the hosts and they said they would note it down that it was not made via my stay. Which granted they did not penalise me for, however I felt with the rule book and deposit for damages being so big that it was hypercritical and laughable as the place clearly had not been checked over before our arrival. There was dust everywhere, cobwebs, dirty bed sheets, damaged beds, chairs and doors. The floor by the “hot tub” is a health and safety hazard and after looking at other reviews after our stay this has been stated since 2020, and still not resolved, I would recommend to the hosts that they fix the damages to the accommodation before sending out a huge list of rules and regulations regarding the £500 damage deposit they take off you before your stay. It appears they try to find any clause on how to not give you your money back, so be careful when staying. We have received our deposit back, but only being I was emailing with photo evidence of all the damages when we arrived, otherwise I do not think we would of received this back. The location and decor of the accommodation was nice, bit used but similar to the photos. We had a lovely time in Blackpool with friends and family, and made the most out of feeling like I was walking on egg shells to receive my money back afterwards due to the many damages to the accommodation made by previous guests. The price shouldn’t be as high if the damages remain, once damages fixed then maybe I would say it is worth booking. Note to future guests, check, check, check the accommodation and facilities and email the company the minute you see it.

The property is a great size for our large group. Nice and modern and great location. The hot tub is a nice touch and the main reason we booked.

The sky didn’t work so we couldn’t get the music on and the tv wouldn’t connect to Netflix. There were only 4 rolls of toilet roll for 2 days for 15 people which clearly wouldn’t be enough. The sofa bed mattresses are not comfy at all. There was also a leek in one of the bedrooms from the heavy rain. All of this being said, I didn’t complain to the owners so can’t say these issues wouldn’t have been fixed if we had raised them.

Nice house, good position, cozy and tidy

Not comfortable bed, check in time 4:00pm and check out 10:00, a bit rush , no wifi during our stay. Bath spa tub is great, but the floor mat is not fixed well, children fell down while stepping on.
