The staff was not friendly. When I mentioned that the floor was dirty and turned my feet black I was told it wasn't dirty, it was the wood itself. The. TV was ready to fall off the wall and she didn't care. Had a smug look on her face the whole time and didn't apologize or say much ..

There were beds in the room as advertised.

The bathroom was filthy. Pubic hairs all over the shower walls, rusty/outdated fixtures. There was rat or mouse feces on the bathroom floor when we woke up. There were drips of blood on one of the bed covers (blood spatter). There were small flat pillows and the front office refused to provide additional. The breakfast was mediocre at best and seemed about as clean as our bathroom. My feet became filthy walking around the room without shoes. We didn't feel safe enough to leave our room at night even to get dinner. There were police patrolling the area due to high crime rate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is terrible. totally ill-mannered, they are not trained and they are rude. they do not know how to handle reservations through booking and they do not care. their customer service leaves much to be desired. They could not find my husband's reservation, and when I called the hotel, the receptionist treated me badly, she even told me I was a bitch. And he would hang up my phone several times.

The room wasn't clean. The tub was dirty and especially the floor. We had to clean it up before we showered or laid down in the bed. Every time we plugged up the microwave the lights shut off.
