La Quinta by Wyndham Atlanta Ballpark/Galleria

This is the worst hotel stay I've ever had. We came for a seminar. There were about twelve of us. The staff was consistently an extremely rude to everyone. Not only everyone in our party, but strangers as well. We paid one thousand dollars to rent the seminar space. Two days in it was eighty seven degrees in the room. One of my colleagues' rooms, had no air conditioning and needed a light bulb replaced in the restroom. He reported these issues and they were never fixed during our four night stay. The lobby bathrooms never had paper supplies in them. I observed a toothpick on the hallway floor and it took three days for it to be removed. There was a coffee stain on the floor in the lobby and it took three days for it to be removed. Some hotel guests had a fight in the hallway one evening at one a.m. The entire  hotel smelled of marijuana. The water sprinklers were spraying all over the sidewalk and on to the front door of the lobby. I don't know why they were on because there were plastic flowers stuck in the ground around the front door.

Super large room. Very comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked great. Front desk help was excellent and very friendly, thanks Tony. I would stay there again.

The staff. Someone stole a ring of mine and the workers refuse to admit it. Upon check in I had to get the attention of the man working the desk because he was on a personal call and very loudly talking on speaker phone. Continues the call while checking us and everyone behind us in, and said many times he wishes he didn’t have rooms and that he hates his job.

This was the nicest best put together hotel we have stayed at on this trip to the USA Everything was finished and in working order. The staff was fantastic and security was top notch. We would stay again.

Ich war zum 2. Mal dort und es hat mir auch diesmal ganz gut gefallen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und hat eine gute Infrastruktur (Wallgreens, Publix, Starbucks). Der Ortsteil Vinings, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist, ist wirklich wunderschön. Auch die Busverbindung zur Marta-Station "Arts Center" ist gut. Man braucht z. B. ca. 45 Min zum Flughafen und ist auch sonst sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum. Ich möchte mich bei Ocie, der Frühstücksassistentin, bedanken, die sehr professionell arbeitet und außerordentlich freundlich ist.

Mir gefällt es nicht, dass beim Frühstück nur Einmalgeschirr verwendet wird. Was ist so schwierig daran, richtiges Geschirr und Besteck zu benutzen, das man nach Gebrauch in der Spülmaschine reinigen kann. Ich wünschte, das Hotel würde mehr für Nachhaltigkeit tun würde.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was shockingly unprofessional. After reporting a strong marijuana smell coming into my room from another guests room, the male employee working t told me to “mind my own business” instead of addressing the issue. The situation then escalated when he began yelling at me and aggressively told me to “go to my room” in a way that felt threatening. The Cobb County Police were called, and there is a public record documenting the incident. As if that wasn’t enough, for the three nights before this, there was a large dog barking and howling throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When I reported this to the front desk clerk I was told that they were a pet friendly hotel therefore she would not do anything about it! The worst part was the dog was obviously left alone because we never heard him during the day. Completely unacceptable from both a safety and hospitality standpoint. I would STRONGLY recommend staying somewhere else.
