My first impression of this place were hesitant as the entrance and stairs are in poor condition. However, once the door was opened
The flat is well located in the old Brest neighborhood (Recouvrance). I loved the view on the port and the street in which the block of flat is situated is quiet. Unfortunately, how quiet the flat itself is depends on other guests of Appart cosy. There were 3 of us in Ile de Ré. Two of us stayed in the bedroom at the back of the flat which we found quiet, but the third person, who slept in the room adjoining another flat, slept very badly. The wall between the two flats is paper thin and you could easily hear the conversation next door although the other guests weren't necessary loud. The kitchen is very well equipped and an effort was made with the deco of the living room and rooms. On the other hand, the toilet and bathroom look rough; there wasn't even a towel rack in the bathroom. The shower head was broken and the wall in the toilet had dodgy stains. In fact, the whole flat was in need of a deep clean. Overall, it was OK for the price, but I wouldn't go back.
habitué des appart Cosy Brest la propreté est devenue absente au fur et à mesure ! poussiere partout, cuisine grasse, vitre non faites et...impossible de prendre une douche car pommeau bouché !
Spacieux, excellent lit, de nombreuses attentions, il manque juste un interrupteur en haut pour éteindre le bas !
1er séjour dans cet appartement et 2ème séjour chez cet hebergeur. Très bien équipé, très propre et un contact vraiment très clair et agréable. Les photos sont représentatives.

Immeuble idéalement placé dans Brest. Très joli cadre. Appartement très bien équipé, literie confortable. Attentions particulières des propriétaires... Excellent séjour.
