Pillows not up to my standards

Looking at past reviews I can say my experience was better than theirs. After I booked my stay, I thought of booking another hotel as a backup. I didn’t. I was there for an event literally next door to the hotel so this was the most convenient. I was on the second floor. I told them I had a dog allergy -(because I saw the pictures of the dog hair in the floors) and asked them to please vacuum. I bought some disposable sheets because I saw horrible pictures of dirty bedding. So when I got to my room which was after 930 at night. I checked the room out. It was clean. The bed was clean. Sheets were clean. Bed was clean. Floor was clean. Hall did have a minor odor (I wasn’t spending time in the hall). Bathroom was clean. I was relieved. They did tell me they don’t service the room and if I need towels to let them know—great I don’t like them in my room!! I will also say the next day I did get nervous while I was showering as I remembered posts about “plumbing issues backing up in sinks” guess what— no issues!!!! I was on the second floor room 200. So this one is okay.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was outstanding!

Good rooms, noisy freeway. LOW TOILET YOU WET YOUR SELF EVERY TIME YOU SOT IN TOILET, reported faulty outlet connection with coffee area. Ver friendly staff

Do NOT stay here. It’s terribly worn and very dirty. The chair was filthy and cat scratched. The sofa was so dirty we didn’t want to sit on it. We opened the sofa bed to dirty sheets. Disgusting. Bathroom was also filthy.

The hotel is right off the freeway,so it is very easy to find. The noise from the freeway didn't bother me at all .Plenty of parking and its close to the hotel. As soon as you walk up to the hotel the automatic doors open for you, which is nice when you have your hands full with luggage and bags. When we get to the front desk the nicest young lady checked us in , she let us know about breakfast in the morning, told us about the pool and hot tub. The room is standard . our room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay, it was fun making waffles. I also liked that the other guest were pleasant, friendly. Check out was easy.

1.The rooms are dated . 2.There is an $150.00 Security fee I didn't know about until check in .
