We don’t recommend. We booked an extra night, and when we returned from our tour at midday, they had put our personal belongings in garbage bags along with our backpack containing laptops. They had them in the reception area where everyone passes, putting our personal and work items at risk. They violated our privacy by touching our belongings and disregarded the reservation they had written in their books.

Excelente atención y cuidado del cliente. Nos esperaron y recogieron sin problemas a pesar de que nuestra llegada a Aguas Calientes fue tarde en la noche. Nos brindaron mucha amabilidad y estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades.
