The staff were super helpful. Everything about our room was perfect. Breakfast was ok. Within easy walking distance of La Seu Vella. Great to have an easily accessible parking garage.

Otel odasinda buzdolabi yok. Ikramlik cay veya kahve yok. Sürekli olarak rahatsiz ediliyorsunuz. Cay kahve icin sicak suyu bile otelin resturantina inip aliyorsunuz. Çay ve kahveyi disardan satin almak zorundasiniz. Ses yalitimi olmadigi icin surekli duvar yumruklanabilir. Valizleri tasiyacak bir valeleri yok. Esyalarida kendiniz tasimak zorundasiniz. Odada basit terlik bile mevcut degil. Havlular kirli olarak size geri veriliyor. 80- 90 euroluk bir hizmet alamiyorsunuz. Gülümsüyen bir personel bulamazsiniz. Berbat bir 10 gündü.
