Nothing

Property was Filthy, had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, wet towels on beds and chairs, beds unmade from previous people staying. We left the property and stayed in a hotel instead. I asked for a refund which was met with a no. Although they have offered me money off when staying at one of their other properties.
