Mox Downtown Apartman

A cosy apartment near the city center. The location is great - a 5 minute walk from Derry Museum. The owners are kind and extremely responsive. Our stay was wonderful. We would love to come back again.

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR!

Mox Downtown KEPT OUR MONEY but did not let us check in! We sent them a request that we would arrive at 21:30, received a message at 20:53 that this would not be possible. We messaged and called, no one replied, we went to the property but no one was there. At that time their description clearly stated that a late check in would be possible but would cost (€15!) extra - the unbelievably disreputable behavior: they changed that information THE NEXT DAY, claiming that there was no such information (thankfully I made screenshots during booking process / as well as screenshots of phone calls that were not answered by them). At 10 pm we had to go back to booking.com to find an alternative room for the night. To our various requests the mean landlady decided to answer with only one word, "no!". We tried to reach out to customer service to find help resolving this matter.

The location is very good. The apartment is small but comfortable for a family of 4 and well equipped.

The location is excellent, very close to the city center. Easy to park on the street. We were 4, two adults and two kids, and the apartment hoster us all very well.

Very good apartment, clean, new, everything is like on the pictures. Very modern.

l have just one objection and think that host need to take it in consideration. In my opinion that bed doesnt fit in this apartment. Apartment is beautiful, high standard and bed is another level.

I really enjoyed the apartment, it was a lovely place, close to the center.

I didn't like the smell when entering the apartment, it was like someone smoking cigarettes, and in the end, we found it was coming from an air purifier. We wanted to use the air conditioner because it was hot, we looked for the remote control, and we didn't find it, I sent a message to the owner of the apartment to tell me where the remote control is, he answered me late and we slept the first night in hot without air conditioning, and on the second night we paid 3 euros to use the remote control for air conditioner and it is irrelevant.
