Déjà tout est mensonge Le parking est à 3kms et payant Puis on nous a dit de venir au numéro 13,puis 26,refaire la rue on était chargée, puis retour au 13,pour m’entendre dire que ma carte de crédit n’avait pas fonctionné et que je devais payer en cash Nous sommes Tombé sur un faisant plus jamais aller chez l’habitant Ce fut horrible et on a du quitter turin car pas de place c’est une honte..

He never got back to us , so we assumed he had none available at that time At the time of confirmation the page shows ".. Your host will charge the credit card you provided earlier...", the owner later contacted us by mail stating that only cash or a bank transfer would be acceptable No garden view as stated, just a yard with garbage containers Owner very confrontational and argumentative: unhappy about the average rating we gave he contacted us by mail with all sorts of accusations. As paying guests, we feel this was a very unpleasant invasion of our privacy and personal space. Guests should be entitled to rate their experiences with peace of mind without being harassed afterwards, something that the owner of this property (judging also by the interaction with other guests) finds hard to understand.

Die Lage

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, jedoch war der Eigentümer beim Check-in am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und ungeduldig. Die Betten waren leider nicht besonders bequem, und schade ist auch, dass es im Jahr 2025 noch kein kostenloses WLAN gibt.

Great location

No air con or even a fan, very stuffy and warm Owner did not allow payment through Booking.com

There was no breakfast included in the reservation.

1. No air conditioner. In summer this apartment is a sauna. Impossible to stay; 2. Second bedroom is just a small cove -mezzanine. You can even stand there. With heat, it’s unbearable to sleep there; 3. The promised Garden view in reality was a garbage view. At least 10 big garbage cans were located in the middle of patio practically in front of the apartment entrance. Not very nice; 4. When I was looking for an apartment the advertising for this apartment mentioned free WiFi. After I made the booking the free WiFi became paid WiFi. This is not good business practice to lie to your customers. I have a photo of this apartment promising free WiFi and a foto of garbage cans outside. You cannot stand in so called second bedroom, it is not a bedroom, just a small cove upstairs (very steep).
