Location Facilities Staff upon arrival and during our stay! The cleanliness and the tranquillity of the place. Kids loved the feeding of the cubs

Great location, very helpfull staff who let me check in after hours.

Friendly staff and a beautiful area. Nice outdoor space with a large table, braai facilities, and a nearby pool.

One of those "you get what you pay for" places. Nice for a quick overnight stay, but not designed for anything longer. No storage space. No bin. No microwave. Poor ventilation with no aircon or fan. Weak wi-fi that often dropped.

The animals next to the rooms

Though the staff was very friendly, we used the same linen for 3 nights and our room was flooding from the roof. The kitchen may be a little bit quicker with food preparation. I must mention again that the staff was very friendly and accommodating

Scenery and Animals were great

The shower and shower curtain .Thower walls were dirty and standing in the shower smelt like urine ,there was no dinner and not one to answer at the gate to open. They could at least have a sign telling you what to do .

The facility is well maintained by caring staff. The accommodations are excellent and the grounds are immaculate. The menu items were more than adequate and the manager Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

A little off the beaten path but that is to be expected considering the type of facility. Keeping lions and tigers requires lots of space away from built up areas. Can’t think of anything I would really change. Maybe a couple of comfy lounge chairs for the patio.
