Staff was not very helpful. We asked for ice, and they told us to go to the second floor to get it ourselves. when we go to 2nd floor, many staff were not doing anything just stand there, but they could not bring ice to customers. The property was very noisy it was at 12:00 and very noisy cannot sleep. and very very far from city center.

Eco friendly, comfortable with good facilities. Staff provided great service- Ben on reception was very helpful too! The organised floating market tour offered was great value and the guides were fabulous- our guide Tu, was so knowledgeable and made it a memorable experience for our family. The pool was refreshing and excellent! Food was delicious, with good variety and choices! Good location to get an authentic Vietnamese Mekong river life experience. The local people are wonderful!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und ruhiges Hotel, extrem aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit der ganzen Familie beim angebotenen Kochkurs. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Bootstour zum Floating Market mit Vincent ! Einen extra-Stern verdient die sehr gepflegte und saubere Pool - Anlage. Mit das beste Hotel welches wir in Süd Vietnam hatten!

Das gesamte Resort ist hervorragend. Zimmer, Pool und Restaurant sind sauber und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend und hilft jederzeit. Das Essen ist natürlich nicht so authentisch, wie auf der Straße. Aber es ist schlicht weg auf Touristen ausgerichtet und die Preise entsprechen dem gehobenen Standard des Resorts. Klare Empfehlung!

Pas grand chose

Le restaurant est franchement très mauvais. L hôtel est très grand, un peu glauque, sans aucun charme

Très bel hôte charmant en pleine nature au calme avec voiturette électrique. Très belle végétation. Grande Piscine chauffée. Chambres très spacieuses avec mobilier en bois. A proximité d un embarcadere pour aller voir le marché de gros flottant.

Petit déjeuner moyen au vu du niveau de l hotel et en comparaison des autres hôtels de notre séjour. Dommage pas de smoothie de fruit frais ou de milshake au menu alors qu on en a eu dans tous les hôtels. Assez loin du centre. 30 minutes en voiture. Nous avons donc dîné sur places les 2 soirs.
