Everything accept that there were no giraffes that was disappointing but otherwise everything was fine

The underground smell i think it came from the shower side they need to do something about the drainage system.

The view from the main lodge was beautiful and the lodge was a very relaxing place.

It was hard to find a staff member at times. It was a bit far to Kruger national park.

The location is amazing and the best part was not only the spa treatment but the view from the spa. The tents are amazing but they should show you which ones have the best views on a first book first choice basis

The reception staff seem like they didn’t care what your preferences were. We asked to switch rooms and had to constantly check up with her even though she promised to do so. Her stance seemed to be like “ we got you here so we don’t care “. The food was a major disappointment especially having declared and confirmed my dietary requirements, I noticed they hadn’t factored them at all.

De service was top!

Het viel niet tegen maar ik vond het boor mijn doen wat druk, maar is puur persoonlijke voorkeur.

The place is so beautiful,good place for relaxing. The food was delicious 😋 ..staff was friendly
