Had a wonderful experience. The Kelo igloo we stayed in was just amazing. It would be great if they improved on the shuttle service within the resort. We had to wait for more than 2 hours for a shuttle to get from East to West village.

The resort sells itself but the management of the resort is lacking terribly. Too long of a wait at meals. Resort could be a first rate resort but they need to go learn from other resorts that are first rate about the simple aspects of how to make it a top notch resort. The activities were a must do. The dog sledding amazing. My husband saw the aurora borealis because we hired a borealis hunter. Another must do.
