- excellent location - cosy/butiqy feel - has a lovely coffeshop downstairs - good value for mony in compare to the other options in the area

- smell of smoke in the staircase. Somebody(coffee shop staff!?) is using the staircase to smoke there as the groundfloor smelled stronger - the (automatic and basic) lighting could be adjusted as (on the 2nd floor I think ) I had to climb the stairs in dark for a few seconds

Excellent location - close to NCP car park and handy for the Pavilion, Dome, Lanes and train station. Great ambience and plenty of food choice in the downstairs cafe.

Tiny shower room.

Some real thought has gone into the room. Quality items throughout. The bed and pillows are exceptional quality, however the pillows were too solid for me. The ceiling fan is brilliant. We will definitely be back.

There was a smell in the communal area - at first we thought it was a cigarette smell, but we couldn't be sure. Possibly an unusual pot pourri? Whoever fitted the curtains has tightened the string at the top too much, and they didn't draw across because of this. I like a dark bedroom and due to the curtains, I didn't get that.

Owner - very friendly, informative, helpful Room - boutique chic, tea/coffee, hairdryer Good storage, WiFi, too. Bed - a bit hard for my liking, but hubby had no complaints Shower - fantastic, powerful, great pressure, no running cold, and the towel are really good quality. Location - SPOT ON , pubs across the rd, down the rd, short walk to main streets, cafes, takeaways, convenience store all 1/3mins away.

The bed was a bit hard, but that's personal preference
