"Nice hotel with great staff but could be improved."

The hotel is very nice in general. The rooms are spacious, very clean, the staff is very nice and the location is great.

One of the beds was too soft and would cradle in the middle. This didn't lead to a restful night's sleep. The only other two things that would be an improvement would be an elevator and a different type of showerhead. The room is equipped with an electric shower which sounds innovative but the showerhead is not adjustable in terms of spray pattern or direction. It's one spray pattern and one direction and the spray is so fine it's almost a mist so it takes longer to rinse off shampoo and soap. Seems counterproductive to me.
