冷氣強，服務很好

如果没開車或騎車，就先把東西買好再入住，因為要走到大街上公車才會停，然後班次要等比較久

"總的來說，乾淨，不算貴，至於位置，新竹這塊區域本來就不是很繁華。"

這裡不提供早餐，然後由於在巷子內所以住宿並不是很方便，Uber 定位經常會失誤，如果是遠遊來此的旅客要注意喔。

這個價格也沒有什麼好挑的 XD 真要說的話就是 3A 跟 3B 的大小差距太大了。

房間及浴室很大也都很乾淨，自助式入住很方便很清楚。 床非常的舒服，備品也齊全；民宿願意幫忙先代收蛋糕，非常感謝。

因在小巷內車輛進出不易，剛進入房間廁所有很重的異味。
