I loved the location, the entrance to the hotel is like from a scene of one of the movies ...Incredible beautiful ...and the breakfast is one of the best I had in my whole trip ... staff is friendly and my room was just beside the pool.

Over all I don't have complaints ...only the staff needs to improve the English a little bit more ;)

Η τοποθεσία , στο κέντρο της περιοχής αλλά ήσυχο . Καλό το πρωινό ,άνετο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο.Διατίθεται θερμός για καφέ και τσάι.Πισίνα

Η καθαριότητα ήταν τυπική . Δεν υπήρχαν τρίχες στο δωμάτιο αλλα υπύρχε μούχλα στα πλακάκια στη λεκάνη.Μία πετσέτα για το κάθε άτομο πολυχρησιμοποιημένη ,έσχισε την δεύτερη φορά που την χρησιμοποιησα .Τα λευκά είδη μύριζαν όμορφα αλλα υπήρχαν λεκέδες . Δεν υπήρχε σεσουάρ στο δωμάτιο. Εσωτερικά η πισίνας ήταν βρώμικη .

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Room was generally good with the exception of the bathroom. The pool was nice.

The bathroom needs some real work. It is rougher than the bathrooms in other hotels in the same price range. It needs maintenance and a very good cleaning. There were also loose and missing tiles on the bottom of the pool.

The staff super cool and cute and friendly fun to see daily n make joke with haha ... little white ball of fluff dog 🐕 I make friend with come to my room little haha and the parrot 🦜 in geusthouse before I like see every day so beautiful place 😊

Great room facilities. Really clean and tidy. Staff were very welcoming, breakfast was delicious and substantial, location is right near the center, walking distance to many attractions in Ubud, restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Enjoyed the pool!

The bathroom was clean, but it was not super well ventilated so a little musty, and it was always wet as the air conditioning water was dripping into the shower.

We loved to stay there and came back even twice. Very friendly stuff, comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast and for the location very quite
