Posada San Antonio

Came two weeks after heavy rain. Access and roads were all great. Some dirt roads but no flooding. Great property on top of the hill with some great views

The evening views and sounds, the early wakeup to hear the birds making coffee outside, and owners waited up for us since it was a bear to cross the border into Mexico ( 2 hours+) once in Mexico (Tijuana) traffic was usually tough, the drive to Valle de Guadalupe was pleasantly easy, had to stop along the highway to eat

All was as expected except the drive-thru , roads were damaged by the earlier rains but no hard to navigate, it added a sense getting-away

The property is beautiful, with many plants and decorated with taste.

At night we wanted to use the heater but it didn't work, so the room was freezing cold. Very uncomfortable. Booking says that this property has breakfast included. But I don't think that an apple, a banana, and a slice of cake left on a plate in your room the night before counts as breakfast. That was really disappointing. The coffee machine in the room was not clean. Check-in was not easy. The property had asked us at what time we would arrive and we told them. Despite this, they were awaiting a Whatsapp message from us to confirm the time, but we didn't have internet, so when we arrived at the property there was no one to receive us. With the estate of the roads to the hotel, driving there only to have to go back since there was no one was a big waste of time for us.

Comfortable and very clean and quiet space - I really felt at home at the Posada

It was a little hard to find the first time.

The place is really nice and cozy.

It did not have a tv no wi fi access, it got really cold at night. We could not shower because the hot water run out.
