Staff is super helpful. Close to Disneyland and downtown Disney

the hotel is wonderful and close by, but it is NOT as advertised... You should know that it is MASSIVELY under complete and total renovation.

The current state is almost inhabitable. The rooms are completely run down. While I booked solely for convenience it is almost a crime to charge what they do for the condition of the hotel and major inconveniences.

Disney resorts always have great customer service. Although it was going through major construction at the time other amenities made up for it, like the private walkway to DCA and the ability to use the pools at the other resorts. The only thing i would change is the soundproofing of the rooms. You could hear loud exhaust from vehicles driving on Disney Drive.

The staff is really great. Taking in consideration that the hotel is under construction.

Under construction was fine, but I was disappointed in the quality of the mattress. Location and early park access was the best part.

It was great, the hotel had our room ready way early which made it much easier for us to drop our luggage and then go to Disneyland park. The front desk experience was excellent and the room is just as described. The hotel still under renovations so we had to used the another hotel pool but it was fine not a big deal. Overall I’m very pleased with booking thru Hotels.com

Awful stay, hotel is massively dated. It mention construction in progress but the whole hotel was worse than a motel 6 only with 3 or 4 times the price
