"No respect for people with mobility issues, repeatedly forgetful in service"

How is it possible that a 5 star hotel can NOT send a buggy to a room with a person with mobility issues.It was quite disappointing to have to call multiple times and beg for average

Location, food, kids club, fabulous gardens

Noisy (specially in the room/suite) : could easily hear the neighbors. Crowded on weekends. Room cleaning variable quality.
