An iconic beachfront retreat with magnificent grounds, lush gardens, and elegant villas that created a sophisticated, relaxing atmosphere. I loved the impeccable, warm service from the attentive staff who went above and beyond, making my stay feel personalized and special. The amenities were outstanding, including top-notch pools, a sublime Thalasso Spa, excellent golf course, and a fantastic kids' club that was the best I've experienced. Dining was a real highlight, with an incredible breakfast buffet full of fresh fruits, juices, and savories, plus standout restaurants like The Grill and El Patio serving spectacular meals. However, I encountered some service inconsistencies at reception, like a disorganized check-in and mix-ups with my room category. Love this hotel, I visit every 3 months.
