"Great hotel in a perfect location"

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location in the heart of the Victoria and Albert Harbor. There are great restaurants and shops well within walking distance from the hotel. We felt very safe in the area. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The complete breakfast was fabulous with delicious options and wonderful service. The staff was extremely competent and welcoming. The concierge service was helpful and patient before our journey and during our stay. The salt water pool was a nice touch. The only negative would be the undersized gym for such a large establishment. However, I didn't come to work-out, and I would still highly recommend this hotel if visiting Cape Town.

We had a great stay, the hotel is very conveniently located, however bad experience upon checking out. We made the booking online (directly with the hotel) and pay the full accommodation. According to their 1st version, the payment was only a deposit. Then they argued that the rates went up because of the high occupancy and they "add" an additional R6000.00 to our bill. My advice to travelers, make 100% how payments are allocated and get prior confirmation (even if it sounds silly) what is included. Get itemized receipts and statements.

Our stay at The Table Bay Hotel was simply outstanding. Situated on the V&A Waterfront, the location couldn't be more perfect—offering excellent views of the iconic Table Mountain and easy access to all the local sights. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The concierge service was top tier, providing excellent recommendations and even booking a fantastic meal for us. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our stay special. The views from our room were breathtaking, with Table Mountain as a stunning backdrop. Whether relaxing in our room or exploring the nearby attractions, the convenience and beauty of this location made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, featuring a wide range of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and gourmet selections, it was the perfect way to start each day. Highly recommend The Table Bay Hotel for anyone visiting Cape Town. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

"Wonderful stay in great location."

A lovely hotel on the waterfront of the Victoria and Alfred Quay. The rooms were spacious and had lovely views of the bay, we also moved to a mountain view room which was also excellent. The property is a little tired in places but didn't deter us from the enjoyment at the hotel. The breakfast choice was extensive and the staff very friendly. The hotel arranged taxis and trips for us as required. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shops.
