"Great value central V&A hotel"

A good hotel in a very central location (with direct access into the mall) with good sized rooms. Possibly in need of a little modernisation - some furnishing in the rooms were damaged, the shower involved a delicate use of 2 taps to try to not get burnt/frozen by the water, and some of the lights in our room didnt work. However for the price, the location is incredibly good, the staff are helpful and the hotel is clean.

Although it is an Expedia VIP property we didn’t receive an early check in or late check out, even after asking. The hotel itself is perfectly located and the lobby is grand and beautiful. The rooms themselves (especially the bathrooms) could use updating. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options. We would definitely recommend the hotel for anybody visiting Capetown since the waterfront area has so much to do with so many restaurant and shopping choices in walking distance

We loved our stay at the Table Bay Hotel. Best continental breakfast ever! Excellent service and hotel is stylishly decorated! Would love to return to the beautiful city of Cape Town and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel especially with its location in the V&A Waterfront area.
