Room was not that clean, some stains in carpet and sofa, and it was dusty everywhere , room smells not that fresh , it used to be great hotel, unfortunately this time not much impressed specially cleanliness is getting worse, fairmont signature smells gone

Staff were incredibly gracious and went above and beyond to meet and exceed our needs. The property was lovely and easy to get around. My only knock would be that the cleaning staff was rather noisy at times (early mornings, afternoons) when attending to vacant rooms. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic property - only comment was the noise in the hallways - lots of commotion/talking until 10 pm - hearing running, doors closing and children. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!
