They have groups of cats walking around the entire property. Terrace doors do not work with key card, room door was malfunctioning. They do not disclose resort fees prior to booking, so an extra couple hundred dollars gets tacked on to the final bill regardless of use. Also, our room had bed bugs. There's no authentic cuisine anywhere at the hotel, they do not play spanish music and the staff takes forever to answer the phone. This place was absolutely horrible for the price and I'll never stay here again. Just awful!

The Fairmont was so much better than what I expected! Fun vibe inside & out! Location was perfect! It is located the beach, close to the airport & walkable to many other restaurants. Exceeded our expectations!! We stayed in a standard tower room, which was great.

The rooms are spacious, butare due for an upgrade specially the bathrooms. My family and I stayed for 3 nights, in which my room and bathroom were cleaned daily but my kids room and bathroom weren't at all, I even asked one of the cleaning staff that was cleaning one of the rooms near mine if rooms were everyday or every other day, to which she reply everyday, so I mentioned that the room my kids were staying in weren't cleaned and they still skipped it. Everything else was ok.
