As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) at check-in, using a valid identity card, driving licence, or travel document. In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel must refuse to provide accommodation; however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty, and the guest cannot request any compensation. Please note that if extra cleaning or repairs are necessary due to guests' pets, the executive housekeeper has the right to charge for the additional costs. Please note that the credit card used for the prepayment must be presented at check-in at the hotel. Should the prepayment card differ from the one you will use during the stay, please contact the hotel in advance. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in. Please inform the property in advance if you will not be able to present the credit card used for the booking upon arrival. Reduction or extension of the length of stay may result in a rate change. The credit/debit card presented at the time of check-in and/or reservation will be automatically pre-authorised by the hotel with the total room rate for the entire stay and EUR 70 per day to cover eventual extra charges (e.g., minibar, room service, telephone costs, damages, etc.). The blocked amount above the invoiced fee will be released at check-out. Please be advised that at Kempinski The Spa, the minimum age for access to the facilities (the sauna, steam room and gym) is 18 years, while the pool area can be used without age limit. All guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Guests under the age of 12 may use the pool only between 9:00 and 18:00. Treatments and fitness usage for guests between 12 and 18 years require a signed parental consent form. Please inform the property during the booking process if you plan to bring a pet. Please note that pets must be kept on a lead while in public areas of the property. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs and cats, but will not accommodate other types of pets. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 25 kg or less.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
