This was an extremely scary time with the continual bombing. ROZALIA WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE BOMB SHELTER TALKED ABOUT HOW KIND AND NICE SHE WAS. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR EVERYONE A TRUE SPARKLING STAR!! SHE SHOULD BE A TOP MANAGER! I’ve traveled all over the world and never seen someone so incredible!! She is not only smart, but kind empathetic and I can’t say enough great things about her!!
ZAUSOne of the best hotels I have ever been to. Amexing and attend service. Well kept and classic room. Of course the best view ever. Once staying font miss Haim's guided tour.
