Location is fabulous. Surrounds Laguna and bangtao , both are very well maintained. Breakfast is good and very well spread.

Rooms are old. Need major renovations. There is currently renovations being carried out due to which there is a considerable amount of noise throughout the day. These should be completed by October 2026.
