"A wonderful stay that exudes luxury in every way, certainly a memorable experience."

Staff were very polite and professional, the gym was amazing and overall hotel feel was very luxurious.

The lighting in the room (quite dark) and also no full length mirror.

В целом проживание было нормальным. Хоть и попросили за 3 номера 1500€ депозит. Авторизовали карту, прошло больше 20 дней с момента выезда, деньги так и не вернулись или разблокировали на моем счете. Ужас еле отношение, я знаю как работает банковская система и знаю что возврат средств происходит чуть ли не моментально. Сотрудники отеля не о пускают транзакцию и ждут ее автоматического возврата. Если бы это были последние деньги которые находятся уже более 2 недель в блокировке из за отеля, то вы бы могли сломать чью то судьбу и разрушить жизнь. Потому что людям просто не будет на что жить!!!! Ужасно!!!! Когда отель специально создает такое отношение.

Ужасное обслуживание со стороны персоанала связанное с не отменой депозитов по карте. Больше никогда не в одном отеле не дам физическую карту для депозита. У меня есть виртуальные карты эпл Рэй и они всегда Вяжутся нормально к любым гарантийным депозитам. И возвращаются сразу при выселении!!
