Staff - front desk ok but restaurant staff shambolic and offhand.

I always stay at this location, good rooms, great pool, gym, spa, bars and restaurant's. I visit Tenerife several times a year and always make a point of staying at this hotel. I travel the world with work and I rate this hotel and this city as well worth a visit.

What we loved most was the beautiful big swimming pool area, the garden, and the elegant ground floor spaces — the hotel has a very relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety and excellent quality. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice view from our room on the fourth floor. Good location.

The hotel does not offer its own parking, and the only public option nearby costs €12 per day. The reception staff seemed inexperienced,, which made some interactions less smooth than expected for a hotel of this level. We were also disappointed by the fact that the spa access is not included in the room price and requires an extra fee. The balcony was not very practical either — not suitable for drying clothes and difficult to keep the window open at night because of noise from parties/events in the garden area. Another frustrating point was the room arrangement. We requested single beds, and although we were told a suitable room was available, the proposed solution required us to stay around the hotel until noon to move our luggage. As tourists, we prefer to spend our mornings exploring, not dealing with logistics during our holiday.

The hotel was nice for our vacation. But the bed was not comfortable. You need more healthy things to eat. Employees were nice. But was not so excited being at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands. We will not visit this area again.
