Size / quietness of room - excellent, as one would expect from this class of hotel at this (elevated) price. The breakfast was superb - insofar as range and choice of items were concerned. It cannot be faulted.

The service of our food on the outside terrace restaurant was slow.

Opulent luxury, beautiful decor, great location

Having to wait one and a half hours to check in as our room was not ready for 3 pm. After a full day out walking we arrived back to our room which had not been serviced. This was 4 pm. We were tired and wanted to rest but had to wait another hour for it to be cleaned. At breakfast, finding a thick black hair on a piece of watermelon. Also, my orange juice glass had lipstick dried on the edge. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay
