I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel. The place was calm and elegant, and the staff were very respectful and professional. The restaurants and room service were excellent. This stay was a gift for my mother, and I truly appreciate how all my requests before check-in were fully respected. Thank you to the amazing team — this won’t be my last visit, Inshallah!

The only small comment I have is that the bed sheets could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that, everything was great — thank you, and Inshallah I’ll visit again
