Dommage que l’as prise en charge de notre arrivée était basique Pas de verres d’accueil pas d’accompagnement à la chambre, la carte ne fonctionnait pas pour allumer la lumière obligé de revenir à la réception et de porter nos valises, peux mieux faire on est quand même dans un cinq étoiles
