Resolvemos fazer parte da nossa lua de mel pela Sardenha na Costa Esmeralda. Saínos de La Maddalena onde amamos para Porto cervo. O preço do hotel era caro mas como estávamos em lua de mel resolvemos investir mais em conforto! O hotel é lindo, muito limpo bem arrumado porém fomos muito mal atendidos no restaunte pelo gerente que se indogbou porquê perguntei se poderia não comer o menu degustação de 200 euros ( estava sem fome só queria um prato) ja meu marido comeria e tomaríamos um vinho. Fomos tão mal tratados que fomos embora do restaurante. Tentei também fazer uma massagem fui no “spa” perguntr quanto era ninguém sabia me falar sobre opções e preços. Enfim, que pena foi a única parte da viagem que não gostamos...

This is the best hotel customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were amazing. The hotel truly is a five star hotel. Everything was just perfect.

"Fabulous location, Excellent Service!"

I must say that after travelling throughout most of Europe this is one of my top rated stays. Everyone from housekeeping to the the concierge were friendly and helpful! The views were spectacular and the short boat ride to the private beach was breathtaking! A special thank you to the hotel manager for taking care of every detail of our trip!! I'll be back in a few days and looking forward to ending my stay in Sardinia at this gem

"Emerald Waters indeed"

I didn't know what to expect. Extremely comfortable hotel. It is not for the budget conscious. My husband and I were traveling without our children so the cost of food and drinks were not an issue. It was extremely relaxing with really nice staff who took care of us. Strongly suggest renting a private boat to go Island hopping to see the clearest waters. Also, a car to drive to Porto Cervo and Palau towns. Or any where else if you like, we stayed on the North East of the Island.
