Banana Flower Homestay

The room is very clean and organized, the host is really supportive and gentle. It has some problems but she always solves it immediately. My family is very sastify about it.

Two visits so far. Great location for a night before flying out or a few days. Fantastic cheap, vegan restaurant in the ally next door. Bed was pretty good. Service was great. I'd defiantly stay again.

I did change rooms one time from the bottom level. I get asthma and it was a little musty. So I opted for the higher priced room.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable

Location, interior, staff - everything was awesome! Photos attached to the profile are real. You can drop a luggage earlier if you need before check in, the same after check out. Also the personal helped us to buy tickets to Ba Na Hills. It was super easy and smooth. Linh is very friendly and swiftly was answering our questions. Many thanks for this! P.S. Easily one of the best places I have stayed in in Asia and very affordable. Really lovely owner and very helpful. Extremely clean and comfortable. We extended our stay here.

Nothing, it was perfect.

- Understanding and Flexible Host: Our host was incredibly accommodating when we needed to cancel our stay. They allowed us to cancel and even issued a refund, which we greatly appreciate. - Well-Equipped Studio: The studio itself was well-equipped with basic necessities like soap, dishes, and cooking utensils.

- Extremely Poor Cleaning: Unfortunately, the cleaning upon arrival was extremely poor. We had to take photos of dirt and grime and send them to the owner. While a second attempt at cleaning was made, it was still not satisfactory. This resulted in us having to clean the room ourselves. - Strong Chemical Smell and Health Issues: The room had a powerful odor of bug repellent, which persisted despite requesting it not be used. This repellent unfortunately caused us to experience constant headaches, stomach aches, and sleep problems throughout our entire 6-day stay. - Poor Noise Insulation: The building itself lacked proper soundproofing. We constantly heard ventilation systems, neighbors, street noise, and what seemed like a nearby schoolyard. This significantly impacted our sleep quality. - Potential Water Issues: We also suspect the drinking water might not have been adequately filtered, as OUR NEGATIVE HEALTH SYMPTOMS IMMEDIATELY DISAPPEARD UPON MOVING TO A DIFFERENT ACCOMMODATION without strong bug spray.

The location, the spacious room, big bed, and the kindness and efficiency of Mrs Linh.

No window in our room and just a blanket instead of proper sheets

The room was so lovely - we loved the painted mural behind the bed. The plate of fresh fruits to welcome us was also a really nice touch. Good location, and we were allowed to check in early which was great!
