I loved the staff which was universally polite, friendly and thoughtful! I had just gotten in from a 9 hour drive and the desk agent offered me water. The waitress in the restaurant offered to send me back to my room with the remainder of my soda in a portable cup,

The mattress was uncomfortable. Probably needs replacing. I like a firm mattress, but this one felt like a hard slab with a worn out pad on it.

One of The rooms was nice and comfortable. The other however was in the worst location. All we could hear all night was the elevator going up and down. Terrible

The property was fine. It was the room that was terrible. Room 317. Breakfast not included and only 2 towels in each room. You know how many people ate in each room and only give 2 towels. We had to go get more towels at check in.
