UNE CATASTROPHE ! RENSEIGNEZ-VOUS AVANT D'Y ALLER ! Cet hôtel a tout pour être génial, il domine Nazareth, offre une superbe vue, dispose d'un parking gratuit et de pleins d'équipements. Sauf que... il est en travaux ! Nous y sommes allés en juillet, et tous les matins dès 8h, des bruits de marteau-piqueurs, des coups de marteau, etc. TOUS LES JOURS. Nous avons fait la remarque à la réception et la réponse est : "c'est pour tout le monde pareil". Et ça dure TOUTE LA JOURNÉE. Ils disent 2 restaurants, il n'y a en réalité qu'un seul et il ferme à 20h30. L'autre est en travaux. Nous avons d'ailleurs commencé un repas à 20h05 et ils ont débarrassé les buffets avant que nous ayons terminé nos assiettes. Donc pas de plat principal et pas de dessert. Le spa est payant (10 dollars par personne et par jour) alors qu'il était marqué comme prévu dans notre réservation. Il a donc fallu prouver à la réception ceci, en faisant traduire nos réservations en hébreu. Sinon, l'hotel reste grand et spacieux avec de grandes chambres dont je n'ai pas envie d'épiloguer, tans les soucis rencontrés ont rendu le séjour plus que désagréable.

Great hotel in excellent location!

A spacious Hotel with all amenities inside. Choice of food is excellent and enchanting. Hotel staffs are good and responsive. No shops nearby except a small outlet. The location is super and if the rooms facing swimming pool you will have a marvelous view in the night time.

In my travel, in many countries, I have never seen such rude behaviour by the hotel staffs...Right from the bell boy to the reception staff, everyone is extremely rude...The restaurant staffs are rude...The chef is rude...Looks like the entire hotel staffs have taken training in “ how to be rude to customers “....Definitely not recommended by anyone to stay here...

The rooms are basic and beds are comfortable but everything is a bit old and worn out, like the rest of the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful unlike the restaurant where the staff were abrupt and unfriendly. The food is quite poor. Breakfast only served until 9am is a bit disappointing but there again, it’s not worth getting out of bed for.

Big hotel, try it only If You are in transit. Rooms are spatious, but not as clean as you may expect. Old wooden furniture , this location should be rated with 2,5 stars. A plus for the good food that is prepaired. Prices are very high too

We stayed here 3 nights. The rooms are ok, but is not luxury. It`s a maximum 3 stars hotel. The food is ok, you cand find something to eat there. We had breakfast and dinner there. The chief of the restaurant is a bit agressive (verbaly) if you dont sit where he puts you. Across the road you have a store.

They put our group in the Guest Rooms level where toilets stank, rooms had curtains that didn’t close all the way, TV didn’t work, kettle had to be put on bedside chest to be able to plug in. The heaters didn’t work in the middle of a 6degree celcius winter! Showerhead didn’t work n they had to replace it and and told us we didn’t know how to use a shower. Ordered extra blankets at 9pm and had to go to reception to get it at 10pm as we were going to sleep. Room service only speaks in Hebrew and no way to connect to Reception or other rooms. Food is average. They don’t give butter at night with bread but only in morning. Juice gets given from juice taps only in the morning. Water jugs were filthy. They shouted at us to leave dining room even after giving us access to it at 8 when it closes at 9. If ur Israeli they treat you well. Any other Nationality STAY AWAY! It’s at best a poor imitation of a bad 3 star hotel!!! Worst experience ever!

Great hotel with wonderful surrounding. Nearby place to goto Nazareth Village. Love the bath tub in each room. Nearby grocery shop to get whatever needed. Food available with some fruits available. Would be better with additional fruits.

Stayed there with a group that did a Christian pilgrimage . The rooms need updating, carpet worn and pillows not comfy . Location is very good. The food was very good and tasty with a vast selection varying from cold cuts to oatmeal, omelettes and regional food. Yes food gets high rating!
