Location was excellent for our trip to RHS Bridgewater.

Reception staff member didn't really seem interested in us as we arrived. He mumbled something about us having breakfast included but neglected to tell us the times or location for it. He was barely interested in telling us where our room was or the number. Fortunately he did write the number on the card. The full English was Luke warm at best and the coffee from the machine was undrinkable. Apart from that. Oh sorry forgot to mention that the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was noisy, no Fridge the TV did not work. Was moved to the room next door at 2.30am which was also noisy. I advised the hotel was fully booked. I advised I would not be paying for the room, was eventually moved to a room that met expectation
