"It was okay, but for the price and lack of amenities, I would choose another hotel brand."

Good location, very quiet. I liked that I could open the windows to bring in fresh air. The front desk staff was friendly.

I opted not to have breakfast. I couldn't see paying $10 for a bowl of oatmeal, and $7 for a cup of regular coffee. Other items were higher priced. I was surprised that there were no bottles of water in the room. Other hotel chains and boutique hotels at which I've stayed always have at least two bottles of water. The room was HOT! When I dialed the front desk, they said that the room temperature was set to 72 degrees, and couldn't be changed, but that if I turned off the heater, I could open the windows for cool air - this would have been useful information to have at check-in. The hotel scent, while pleasant, was too heavy and cloying. The actual entrance to the hotel was difficult to find, as it faced a strip mall and not a street.

Our stay was wonderful! We were greeted with some of the best customer service. We had no problems with our rooms or accommodations. The hotel is close to many different place to eat and was equipped with their own little cafe.
